Raw Anchovies (Alici Crude)
Instructions
500 g cleaned anchovy, evisceratele, remove by hand the fishbones, wash them and dry them.
Place in layers in a bowl, by spraying each layer with lemon juice.
Sprinkle them with crushed garlic and put them in the refrigerator covered for 24 hours.
Then drain the anchovies by their gravy, lemon juice rinse, put them in a dish and sprinkle with chopped garlic and parsley, drizzle with olive oil, add salt to taste and complete with chili powder.
