Fruit candies
Instructions
Melt in a pan with the sugar and cream, then add honey, milk and spoon the fruit essence of your choice and mix.
Cook about 15 minutes, then turn off and let cool slightly.
Pour the mixture on a marble surface oiled, 1 inch thick and cut out of sweets.
If you want to get assorted candies divide the mixture when it is still hot, in various containers and everyone joined an essence different.

- 200 g of cream
- 100 g of honey
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- Fruit essence
