Instructions
Chop the bacon into the mixer and some Rosemary, then gather everything into a bowl with the minced meat, eggs, grated cheese, 100 g of ricotta cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients and make meatballs about 8 inches in diameter.
Peel and wash the leek and carrots and cut into fillets; heat to steam for about 5 minutes and let them cool.
Distributed in 6 squares of parchment paper a Meatball and a few vegetables and close the wrappers as if they were candy.
Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Serve with a sauce emulsifying ricotta gotten remained with the yogurt, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper.
