Carbonara with herbs
Instructions
Wash, dry and mince the herbs.
Slicing the veil the onion and let it wilt in olive oil, add the chopped herbs and pepper and sauté, taking care not to burn them.
Apart beat the eggs with the Parmesan.
Boil the pasta, drain and pour into the pan of sauce, make it taste a few moments then pour the eggs, stir quickly and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta fusilli
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 200 g of fresh herbs (basil, sage, rosemary, rocket salad)
- 1 onion
- 1 chili
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
