Artichokes in tomato sauce (2)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and cut into wedges.
Slicing the veil the onion and let it wilt in oil.
Add the artichokes, sauté and wet with wine.
When the wine has evaporated, pour the tomato pulp, salt and pepper and cook for about 40 minutes.
When cooked, add the chopped parsley.
