Deviled artichokes (2)
Instructions
Mince capers, parsley and garlic and place in a bowl, combine the bread soaked in milk and wrung out, salt, pepper and oil.
Clean the artichokes and Parboil for 10 minutes in salted water.
Drain, at allargarli the Centre and fill them with the mixture.
Place them in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle liberally with oil.
Cook in hot oven to 190 degrees until they will be crisp.

- 4 large artichokes
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- Milk
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
