Instructions

Clean the artichokes, cut into 4 pieces and divide them into very thin slices.

Boil them in salted water and with half a lemon, not to let them become black.

Put the pan on the heat with the butter and add the artichokes, drained.

Let them Cook, covered, for at least 10 minutes.

Add cream and cook until they become tender.
