Artichokes sarda
Instructions
Peel the artichokes.
Cut into wedges and time in water acidulated with lemon juice.
In a saucepan heat three tablespoons of olive oil and let Brown a clove of garlic and chopped onion.
Add drained artichokes and potatoes into cubes.
Add salt, pour in the broth and cook over low heat for half an hour.
When cooked, sprinkle them with the chopped parsley and serve.
