Sardinian artichokes (2)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut in 8 wedges, then dip them in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Saute chopped onion in oil and garlic; Add the artichokes and let them stand for 10 minutes.
Pour the wine and, when evaporated, add the tomato sauce diluted with 1 ladle of broth.
Cook for 10 minutes, then add the capers, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and continue cooking another 5 minutes.

- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 glass white wine
- Capers
