Tuscan artichoke
Instructions
Clean the artichokes of hard leaves and spikes, leaving a bit of the stalk; put them in water acidulated with lemon juice for a few minutes.
Cut in half lengthwise and place in a baking dish with a glass of water, the parsley and oil.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Serve cold.

- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- Lemon juice
