Instructions

Clean and wash the artichokes.

Cut into very thin wedges.

Saute in oil, chopped garlic and parsley and add the artichokes.

Let them Brown, season with salt, pepper and soak them with Sherry.

Cover flush with hot broth and cook for about 20 minutes in covered pot and over low heat.

Toward the end of cooking to uncover the pot and allow to dry on broth.
