Artichokes and radicchio
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and cut into thin slices, scrape the stems and cut them into rings.
Immerse in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Pat dry and put them in a salad bowl, irrorarli with lemon juice and add the radicchio into strips and shredded cheese.
When serving season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

- 4 artichokes
- 200 g of radicchio di treviso
- 100 g of of parmesan cheese flakes
- 2 lemons (juice)
- Olive oil
- Salt
