Fried artichokes (2)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes by removing the outer leaves and thorns.
Wash them, cut them in half, remove the inner hair then divide them into 8.
Let them soak for a few minutes in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
Beat the eggs in a Holster.
Passed the artichokes in the flour then dip them in beaten egg and fry them until they are golden.
Place them on a serving dish, top with a piece of paper towel, sprinkle the pretzels and serve very hot.
