Fried artichokes (5)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes by removing the stem, tougher leaves and tips cut into slices and let them soak for a while in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, dried artichokes and toss them in flour and then in the egg; FRY in abundant boiling oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 artichokes tender and quite big
- 3 eggs
- Flour
- Abundant of frying oil
- Lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
