Artichokes in bellavista (2)
Instructions
Peel and wash the parsley and basil.
Wrap between your hands to draw water from washing and coarsely chop half a clove of garlic.
Put in a zuppierina together with the chopped vegetables Parmesan, breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt and stir everything together.
Clean the artichokes by removing all the toughest outer leaves, cut the stems and prickly tips.
Spread the artichokes inside and fill it with the mixture.
Place on a baking tray and bake them seasoned with oil.
Make sure you complete them by introducing a cooking fork inside the artichokes, which should be tender.
If you do not have much time, you can cut the artichokes into wedges and sprinkle them with the same mixture.
You will get the same result in half the time.

- 8 riviera artichokes
- 50 g of parsley
- 5 leaves of basil
- 1 clove of garlic (optional)
- 50 g of parmigiano
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 glass of olive oil
- Salt
