Artichokes, wash them away by thaw and cut the hearts in half.
Boil the leaves and the stems and processing them.
Saute the hearts with garlic and oil, wet with the broth, salt and pepper and cook for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with the past and the parmesan and serve.
