Artichokes in sauce (2)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, boil them and divide them into wedges.
Add the artichokes in the butter.
Beat the eggs with the cream, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Basil and parsley.
Emulsify, pour the mixture over the artichokes, stir quickly so the sauce will harden and mixes with artichokes.
Transfer the preparation on a serving dish and serve hot.

- 4 artichokes
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of cream
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 60 g of butter
- Parsley
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
