Artichokes in pan with thyme
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, remove toughest leaves, cut in 4 pieces, remove the plugs and leave them to soak in water and lemon juice.
In a saucepan heat 2 tablespoons oil and garlic.
Add drained artichokes, thyme and sauté lively focus for a few minutes.
Add water, 1 tablespoon of Knorr broth thin granular and finely chopped celery leaves.
Cover with a lid and continue cooking over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
You can of course also use frozen artichokes.
It is a side dish that goes nicely and the meat to eggs.

- 8 artichokes
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Some leaves of celery
- 1 tablespoon of granular thin broth knorr
- 1 glass of water
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
