Stuffed artichokes (2)
Instructions
Peel the artichokes taking only the heart.
In a bowl, prepare the filling with softened, onion bread, sausage and chopped ham, parmesan, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Scalded whole artichokes in boiling water.
Drain and pat dry.
Crush in the Middle, fill the hole with the dough and cover with the grated Gruyère.
Put them in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
You can serve warm or lukewarm.
