Sardinian artichokes
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, including stems.
Cut the artichoke in half, remove thorns and beard.
Put in 1 Pan that can go in the oven, the heads of the artichokes, cut in half and cleaned and cut stems into pieces.
Combine the parsley, washed and chopped, peeled garlic cloves, salt, add the fennel seeds, oil and water.
Put the pan on the fire, and when it starts to boil, put in the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

- 8 artichokes
- Parsley
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups of water
- Olive oil
- 2 pinches of dried fennel seeds
- Salt
