Artichokes sautéed with thermomix
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and cut into wedges.
Place the butterfly and put them in the mixing bowl with the oil, garlic, water, salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 1.
At the end you anoint with parsley and serve.
Tips: the cooking time may vary depending on the quality of artichokes, and personal taste.

- 6 artichokes
- 40 g of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- 5 cl of water
- Salt
- Pepper
