Anchovy thistles
Instructions
Clean the cardi, cut them into pieces and put them to soak in water and lemon.
In a saucepan melt the butter with the oil and garlic, add the anchovy fillets chopped, Cook for a few minutes and adjust seasoning.
Put the Thistles in a serving bowl, toss with prepared sauce and serve.

- 2 white thistles
- 1 lemon
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1 clove of garlic
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
