Instructions

Wash away the cardi, depriving them of filaments and cut into pieces.

Boil salted water, combine butter, flour, lemon juice and throw the Thistles.

Cook at least 1 hour.

Drain.

In a saucepan, heat 4 tablespoons of oil, then add the ricotta and the Thistles and mix well.

Fry the mixture for 10-15 minutes and serve warm.
