Instructions

Thoroughly clean the cardi, wash, and cook them in salted water.

When cooked cut Thistles of the length of about 5/6 cm.

Arrange in buttered baking dish, cover them with bechamel sauce, sprinkle with the parmesan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
