Instructions

Clean the cardi from tough ribs and cut into 10 cm pieces, sfilateli and run in water and lemon.

Dissolve in water 2 tablespoons flour, add more water the juice of 1 lemon, salt.

Bring to a boil and add the cardi to cook for an hour over low heat.

In a Pan fry in butter 2 cloves of garlic, add the floured cardoons fried them and continue cooking for 10 minutes, adding a little broth.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve hot.
