Aliciotti with artichokes
Instructions
Remove the hard leaves of artichokes; cut into thin slices; put them in salted water with the juice of 1 lemon.
Drain and brasarli with oil and garlic for 1/2 hour, adding a little water.
Clean and bone the anchovies; arrange one layer in a baking dish, season with salt, oil sprinkle with juice of 1/2 lemon; cover with artichokes and with another layer of anchovies; Sprinkle with the remaining juice, salt, breadcrumbs and parsley.
Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 8 artichokes
- 2 lemons
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Sea salt
- Breadcrumbs
