Meat pizzaiola with thermomix
Instructions
Arrange in the Thermomix TM 31 and in the Varoma tray the slices of meat seasoned with olive oil, salt, oregano.
Soffriggi evaporate the oil and garlic 3 minutes at room temperature: 100 speed 3.
Add the pulp ready and salt: 20 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 1 and after 5 min place the Varoma with meat.
Half-cooked slices revolt.
Once you hob the slices in a serving dish and ricoprile with a little of their juice.
With the remaining sauce you can season pasta or rice and serve as main course.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 500 g of sliced tender veal
- 40 g of olive oil
- 400 g of tomato pulp
- Oregano
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
