Baked carrots
Instructions
Clean the vegetables and cut them into thick slices, onions, carrots slices, diced potatoes.
Put them in a baking dish from oven, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons oil, salt and oregano, mix well and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Serve well-heated.

- 400 g of carrots
- 2 large white onions
- 2 potatoes
- Oregano
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
