Instructions

Peel the carrots, ends removed, wash them and cut them into julienne.

Melt the butter in a large skillet, combine the carrots, season with salt and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often.

Dip into a serving dish, sprinkle with the orange juice and lemon juice and serve.
