Instructions

Wash and scrape carrots then use finely.

Put them in a large bowl and add the chopped walnuts and raisins made previously soaked in warm water.

Season with salt and pepper.

Separately mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and 2 tablespoons oil.

Beat well and pour sauce over the salad, mix gently and let it sit for at least 10 minutes before you bring it to the table.
