Carrot cream
Instructions
Clean the carrots and thickly.
Melt the butter in a large bowl, pour the carrots, salt and cover with the milk; simmer for 20 minutes.
Toward the end of cooking, add a few tablespoons of cream and reduce the liquid.

- 600 g of carrots
- 25 cl of milk
- A few tablespoons of liquid cream
- Salt
- Butter
