Instructions

Wash, clean and dry the carrots.

Do not use too finely.

Discard tougher leaves of cauliflower, cut it in half and remove the core.

Wash, dry and slice it.

Put the vegetables in a salad bowl.

Prepare a sauce by mixing 5 tablespoons oil with 1 teaspoon of mustard, salt and lemon juice.

Pour over vegetables, stir well and serve.
