Carrots and green beans stews
Instructions
In a pan you braise the sliced onions with olive oil and a bit of broth.
After 3-4 minutes add the carrots and green beans, add salt and combine the other broth.
Cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.

- 400 g of carrots
- 400 g of green beans
- 2 onions
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 glass of vegetable broth
- Salt
