Instructions

Prepare the carrots and boil in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes.

Drain, let cool and cut them into sticks.

In a saucepan melt the butter sweet flame, pour the cream, add salt, pepper, perfumed with nutmeg and bring slowly to a boil.

Add the carrots, let stand for a few minutes, then sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and chopped chives.

Stir, season 2 minutes left and serve immediately.
