Instructions

FRY in a little oil the sliced onions with Rosemary and almond flakes.

Add the fish cleaned and bleached, salted, peppered, wet with a glass of wine; cover the pan with aluminum foil and put in oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Remove the fish from the bowl, whisk broth and serve separately.
