Carpaccio
Instructions
Blend for 30 seconds the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, ketchup, mustard and tabasco.
Arrange on a serving dish the fillet of beef, season with salt, cover with mixture and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of tenderloin into thin slices
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 drops of tabasco
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Salt
