The radish carpaccio
Instructions
Good clean radishes and cut them into thin slices; reduce to the Parmesan cheese flakes; arrange the slices of meat (better get them cut from the butcher) on the serving dish, spread on the surface the radish slightly crossed.
Put in Blender lemon juice passed to colander, a bit of oil, five grains of pepper, a pinch of salt; puree the whole thing; pass the mixture into a bowl, and pour over the meat and radish carpaccio.

- 350 g of beef thin sliced flesh
- 4 radishes
- 100 g of grana
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 grains of white pepper
