Instructions

Grease oil a baking dish and cover it entirely with the slices of meat.

Clean the mushrooms, cut into thin slices and distribute them over the meat.

Add salt, pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Cover meat and mushrooms with reduced grana shavings and put in hot oven at 230° c for 3-4 minutes.
