Instructions

Carpaccios abuse in pretentious restaurant menus created mistrust of this simple and palatable dish.

Very thin slices of raw fish is cooked with lemon juice and seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs.

Not to use too much lemon is nicely prepare the carpaccio for time and allow it to marinate for a long time in lemon juice flavored with herbs.
