Larks in the brescian skewers
Instructions
Clean the larks.
Feed four to four on four iron skewers or wooden, alternating each skylark with a piece of bacon and a Sage leaf.
Arrange the skewers on a baking pan greased with butter, salt, pepper and season with a pinch of cinnamon; Sprinkle with the remaining melted butter and breadcrumbs.
Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes, sprinkling every so often with sauce birds collected on the bottom of the container.
Serve hot.

- 16 larks
- 100 g of thick cut bacon
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- Some leaves of sage
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Salt
- Pepper
