Instructions

Trout Fillet and cut it into small thin scallops.

Drop them in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper and wet them with oil and lemon.

Sprinkle finely chopped parsley and dill, and top with a piece of tissue paper.

After a few hours of macera, serve accompanied by curls of butter and Croutons.
