Cassata sulmona
Instructions
Break into pieces, separately, the crispy, Nougat and chocolate.
In a bowl beat the butter with a wooden spoon, add the icing sugar, the egg yolks, one at a time, stirring.
Divide the mixture into three parts: the first add, stirring, cocoa went through a colander; the second the nougat and chocolate; in the third the crispy.
Put a spoonful of each mixture in a bowl, mix them and keep them aside.
Divide into four slices, horizontally, the Pan of Spain, a disponetene on a platter, then drizzle with liqueur, spalmatela with a cream, then continue, alternating layers with a cream and sponge Spain always sprayed by liquor.
Cover the last layer of sponge Spain with creme mix.
Put in the fridge.
When serving the decorated surface of cake with cherries or with candies.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 200 g of spain loaf
- 200 g of butter at room temperature
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 60 g of bitter cocoa
- 70 g of crisp
- 50 g of nougat
- 50 G = = Chocolate
- Centerbe liquor
- Cherries under spirit (or candies)
