Instructions
It is an ancient and forgotten Sicilian Dessert recipe.
Prepare a stuffing with 1000 g of ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, a bunch of parsley, 100 g of grated fresh pecorino cheese, 2 tablespoons full of sugar.
You mix flour and water to make a paste and spread out soda.
Disks are cut about 12 cm in diameter, you stuff and boiled in water.
Down and season with cooked wine and freshly grated pecorino cheese.
