Instructions
Sift the flour and baking powder into a large mixing bowl; Join 5 pinches of salt, oil, sugar and the grated lemon rind.
Mix with cold water in quantities to produce a softer batter of a cream.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking-pan very wide and bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.

- 1000 g of chestnut flour
- 50 g of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 sachet of yeast
- Butter
- 5 pinches salt
- 1 lemon zest
