Castagnaccio nina
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk and add the sugar.
Stir thoroughly until it is dissolved and gradually add the chestnut flour setacciandola.
Pour the milk and cocoa powder and continue to mix, using a wooden spoon, until mixture is creamy and elastic.
Next, incorporate the olive oil and finally the baking powder that amalgamerete the rest, stirring vigorously.
Pour the contents into a pan, preferably nonstick, you have previously greased with butter and dusted with flour and bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes at 160 degrees.
Tip: you may sprinkle the castagnaccio with icing sugar.

- 500 g of chestnut flour
- 250 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder
- 50 cl of milk
- 100 g of olive oil
- 2 sachets of yeast bertolini
