Catalonia parmesan
Instructions
Peel and wash the Catalonia.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil very salted water and boil the Catalonia drained well after washing.
Cook for a quarter of an hour, drain, squeeze, chop finely coarsely, arrange on serving dish.
In a pan melt the butter and, when it became a light golden color, pour it on.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
