Instructions
Blanch in salted water the tops of Catalonia.
Place in a baking dish.
Coat with chopped garlic, capers and tomato.
Add salt to taste and add ground pepper.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Put in oven at 200 degrees until the bread crumbs become distressed.
