Cavatelli ' arches '
Instructions
Delete by fiori di zucca the hard part of the stem and flower filaments, wash and sauté in olive oil with a clove of garlic (which should be deleted).
Clean the mussels, open them in the usual way, remove the shells and keep the fruit in the liquid that made.
Skip the tomatoes, washed and cut in half, in a pan with olive oil and a clove of garlic (which should be deleted).
FRY a clove of chopped garlic in olive oil, pour the cooking liquid of mussels, to reduce by about half, add the baked cavatelli in salted water and tooth, to flavor and add in the tomatoes, the progression fiori di zucca, the mussels, the Basil and the grated Parmesan.
Stir well and serve.
