2_15506 EASTER BUNS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 30 cl of milk, 30 g of butter, one packet of yeast, a pinch of salt. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it. Melt the butter in a small pan with non-stick coating. In a bowl, sift the flour, sugar and salt. Add the yeast to the warm milk and let stand for 15 minutes. Mix the melted butter and the milk to the flour, knead the ingredients with your hands for about ten minutes until you see that the dough does not come off from your hands. If necessary, add a little flour. The dough should be soft and homogeneous. Let the dough rise in a warm place covered with a cotton cloth or another with kitchen film: leavening the mixture's mask must be doubled. Divide the dough into several parts; knead, allungatele and formed of braids. Arrange the braids on a buttered baking sheet and let rise again until they have doubled in volume. Brush braids with lightly beaten egg yolk, bake and cook at 200° for about 15-20 minutes. When cooked, remove from oven, let intipidire, then serve.
