2_21019 SANGRIA INGREDIENTS for 4-6 PEOPLE 2 oranges, lemon untreated untreated, 2 peaches, a cluster of pink grapes, 1-2 apples, 2 tablespoons sugar, a bottle of Cava type wine (wine fresh, sweet and very fruity, typical of Spanish regions such as Catalonia, Aragon, Navarre, Valencian Community similar to Champagne), some clump of mint and orange wedges peer of garnish.
Carefully wash and rub the peel of oranges and lemon; with a sharp knife Peel, bleed and then cut the flesh into cubes.

Peel apples, remove the core, then cut it into cubes.
Carefully wash the bunch of grapes and remove the berries.
Put the fruit into a large jug, add the sugar, wine and, if you wish, you can add 1/2 l of mineral water: mix carefully.
Place the jar in the refrigerator.
When serving, pour the preparation in glasses and garnish each with a slice of Orange and a few leaves of fresh mint.
